Refunds on product licensed services exceeding one year will be at the discretion of the vendor as only if they process a refund onto us then can we process a refund onto you. In that circumstance, we may request your banking particulars to process the once-off refund which acknowledgement of foreign exchange costs which is regarded as transportation costs inherent to provide products and services to you.
